 next time I come across a thumbnail like this someone please remind me to ignore it. I'll avoid much grief if you would kthx, because subconsciously I know nothing I say will make a bit of difference to these assholes. But that never seems to matter when I'm in the throes of my own, admittedly volatile, temper.
