Emo.
Loser.

So, people over on the Nuke comm liked my sad video, but a couple of them expressed desire for a happier one. I'm waiting to do it because I want some fresh HappyNuke!scenes (and how bogus is it that I'll probably have to wait two weeks or more for that? Stupid show) anyway, but I was going through my iTunes to scope out possible song choices and when I looked at the playlist when I was done adding I had 10 songs that I consider happy. Ten, out of 350-odd songs.

My general tastes are pretty eclectic. I have some country, rock of every type, some r&b, some hip-hop, some other that doesn't quite fit into any genre. It's just that I'm very picky about my music--it has to be the perfect combination of lyrics and tune. (Which is why I only have 350 songs after two years >.>) A song has to hit me in just the right way.

Apparently only a few happy ones have done that, so...sorry but it looks like the choices are gonna be between Savage Garden and...well, Savage Garden, really.

trust me when i say i'm the exact same way. i have maybe 400 on mine and they are nmostly either by the same band or bright eyes, who is my fave band of the moment. i don't really have a decided "favorite band" because my music tastes are so eclectic. but i don't mind the sad!vids a lot. if you're looking to make more of those, bright eyes have a hell of a lot of songs that are like that, and also happy songs, too.
